We are looking for the right candidate to join our Property Operations Maintenance Team to assist the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor with maintaining the physical condition of the community. Responsibilities : The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community according to company operating and safety standards and ensure that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain leasing office, models, clubhouses and public and common interior areas of the community in a neat, clean and attractive condition.
