We seek a self-starter who, with minimal direction, enjoys identifying equipment issues and troubleshooting plastics manufacturing machinery such has IMM’s and welders. The successful candidate will have dynamic communication skills for working with operators and technicians to identify symptoms and assess causes for equipment malfunctions. Other duties include performing preventive/predictive maintenance, installations and special projects.
The position requires 5 years experience performing maintenance on injection molding, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, schematics and blueprints is required. Comfort with the use of personal computers and familiarity with MSOffice is required as well.
Experience with troubleshooting PLC’s and robots is considered a plus.
