Position Summary:
Reporting to the maintenance manager, this position will have primary responsibility to repair and troubleshoot primary production equipment. They will also develop plans for mechanical repairs necessary to return equipment to safe and effective operating condition. This is a hands-on position requiring a maintenance professional who is able and willing to be on call on a regular basis. The openings are for the afternoon shift position and possibilities exist for day time positions in the future.
Qualifications For Success:
- Associates Degree in Technical Field Preferred But Not Required
- Two (2) Or More Years Of Experience in a high speed light Industrial Maintenance environment
- Demonstrated Skill With One Or More Of The Following:
o Hot Water / Boiler Systems – THIS IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT
o Pneumatic Systems
o Hydraulic Systems
o Electrical Controls
o Material Handling Systems
o Shop Hand tools
o Electric Tools (Multimeter / Meg Ohm Meter)
o Preventive / Predictive Maintenance
o Blueprint Reading
o Hand / Machine Welding (Stick / Spot / Tack) With Variety Of Materials (Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel)
o Facilities Maintenance
- Excellent Safety Track Record
Compensation:
- Up to $20 / hour or more depending on experience
