Prerequisites: Good organizational skills. Strong mechanical aptitude. Good understanding of PLC, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and TPM desired. Ability to understand and work from mechanical and electrical prints. Knowledge of controllers and control boards.Some welding and pipe fitting experience necessary.Strong sense of urgency, able to operate under pressure, meet strict deadlines and capacity to multi task.Able to read and perform complex mathematical calculations, Ability to read and write measurements in numbers, fractions and decimals
Nature: This position involves maintaining and repairing production equipment and plant facility. To organize and maintain storeroom inventory.
This position requires that objects such as motors, pumps, welding equipment, etc. be moved from one position/location to another in an effort to maintain production equipment throughout the plant.Able to use all shop power tools and welding equipment. All hand held tools and test equipment. Welding and electrical test meters and torch. Tape measure, distortion tester, recording instruments, nail guns, saw, glue guns Ect.
Function: To Plan and oversee the correct development of the project life cycle trough the organization, manage lead times as well as material inventory control and optimization.

Muscular and cardiovascular endurance are required, along with upper and lower body manipulation functions in order to perform functions required to maintain machinery such as bending, twisting, and reaching motions. Tight gripping, cupping, clamping hand and wrist motions are required to support, carry, and maneuver up to 75 lbs. of objects/glass to platform heights of 3 feet in a manner considered safe for self and others. Position requires standing on a concrete floor, working under floor lighting, wearing steel-toed boots. In addition, the employee must be able to hear commands in a noisy atmosphere.
