Maintenance Technician
Our growth has provided an opportunity for you to join our TEAM, as an On Site Maintenance Technician.
If you have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in all of the following:
· Routine maintenance (minor or major) and inspection documentation such as, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, equipment malfunctions, and building maintenance matters.
· Ensure prompt response, repair and resolution of operational problems from Tenants, contracted service providers or on-site building management.
· Responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
· Ensures handling of building management facility related requests by utilizing the Work Order requests.
· Creating, purchase request on general building maintenance supplies and or facility support, services and other special requests as needed. Ensures purchases adhere to budgeted guidelines and all appropriate approvals are obtained.
Job Requirements
Education: High School or equivalent required, AA or BS a plus
Experience: Building Maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical
Others: Familiar with building control automation and clean room experience a plus
License/Certification:
Building Maintenance and or HVAC a plus
