Primary Job Responsibilities We are seeking a RF/Antenna Tower Maintenance Technician for our Edison, NJ Office. Duties include: * Construction maintenance of RF antennas and cell site equipment and other telecommunications systems. * Construction, troubleshooting, calibrating, testing and maintaining telecommunications equipment and systems. * Perform troubleshooting and testing on towers and other related structures in order to determine what is wrong and repair. * Use of related test equipment such as the Anritsu, site master, T-byrd and voltage meter. * Position requires driving between work sites. * Must be available for 24/7 response. * Some travel, outside primary market (for limited periods of time) may be required. Training and Experience Basic Qualifications: One year technical education or equivalent Two years of experience required in mechanical and/or basic electrical skills Familiar with most hand tools Ability to climb and work at heights Valid driver's license Willingness to cross-train in other areas and respond to all clients needs Additional Minimum Qualifications: Safety-conscious attitude Electric troubleshooting and maintenance skills Strong problem solving ability Strong communication skills (verbal and device/computer) Basic computer knowledge Must be able to pass certification class on Tower Safety Rescue Other Essential Functions Other Requirements
