HarborChase of Gainesville has an immediate opening for a part-time Maintenance Technician. In this position, you will assist the maintenance and housekeeping team ensuring that our residence and grounds remain in good repair while providing a safe and attractive environment for our residents.
You will be required to have basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety, and be familiar with safety and fire codes and OSHA regulations.
