Seeking enthusiastic, experienced, and professional Maintenance Technician to complete our 550 Lofts team.

Good written/verbal communication skills ability to develop a rapport with residents team members is required. 2 or more years of experience in electrical, carpentry, drywall, as well as a strong background in plumbing. Previous property management experience a plus. Ability to be on-call is required; on-call includes nights and weekends.
