Maintenance Technicians 1st 3rd Shifts 7:00AM-3:30PM 11:00PM-7:30AM Tigerpoly Manufacturing, Inc., a Tier 1 supplier of high quality injection and blow-molding plastic and rubber components for the automotive industry, is seeking team-oriented individuals seeking a real opportunity to develop a meaningful and lasting career. Working independently, you will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery problems, perform preventative maintenance on injection, extrusion and blow molding equipment; modify existing equipment as required; and ensure loss prevention of tools and equipment. Assisting associates, contractors, customers and sales associates when needed, you will also train other maintenance associates on TPM equipment and work rules; and complete required daily paperwork. Along with a High School diploma or GED (technical classes helpful) and a minimum of 1 year hands-on maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment, you must possess proven knowledge of industrial electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; the ability to read schematics; the ability to perform basic metal work on lathes, surface grinders and milling machines; and knowledge of OSHA regulations. You must be willing to work other shifts temporarily when needed and overtime. Salary is competitive and benefits excellent.
