MAINTENANCE/GROUNDS WORKER
Job Description We are looking for an experienced, Facilities Maintenance Worker. This position would be a contract position with one of our clients located in Bridgewater, NJ. Duration: Approximately 6 months Duties/Responsibilities include: Provide a clean and safe environment for all staff and guests Provide support and help to all staff memebers Maintain the buildings and grounds Maintain grounds by mowing grass, maintaining shrub and flower beds Planting General cleaning up Snow Removal Pesticide applications. Maintain and repair all ground s equipment including mowers, plows, spreaders, grounds vehicles, etc. Maintain buildings including painting, tile, carpet care, general clean up Assist with departmental changes including moving furniture. Job Requirements: Must be able to follow instructions. Must have knowledge of power equipment and tools Knowledge of small engines Heavy lifting is required Valid Driver ??s license is required Must be open to working overtime
