Maintenance/Technical Support Technician

Qualifications
5+ to 7 Years
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment and systems and assist Manufacturing Engineers in the qualification of equipment
- Write technical reports and documentation on inspections and repairs
- Write instructions/ train personnel in proper techniques to use and maintain systems
- Analyze data, evaluate systems and make decisions regarding modifications.
- Education: HS Diploma required (additional technical training or degree is desirable but can be supplemented by additional years of experience.) 5+ years experience in a field service or production maintenance position.
- Specialized Knowledge Needed For Performance of Job: Ability to read and develop technical drawings/prints. Troubleshooting and root cause of manufacturing equipment such as pneumatics motors and drives. Must have an excellent mechanical aptitude as well as very good organizational and communication skills. Machining skills are desired but not required.
