About the Job
- Develop and close new major named end user accounts and business partners.
- Manage new product requirements if any, and coordinate with Product Management team for best practices.
- Report to General Manager and ensure proper communication at all levels.
- As a creative thinker, determine a customer's needs, put together a win-win product service proposal and carry it through to contract execution, if applicable.
- Seek and add new accounts that will enhance EnGenius’ standing and bottom line.
- Seek and bring in new product/market opportunities.
- Your success will be measured by the number of design wins you gain, market share growth, revenue sales, margins and overall customer satisfaction.
- Must have major account development and/or OEM experience with networking technology, preferably selling telephony and/or data communications related products.
- Familiar with revenue targets and proven Year On Year track record of negotiating and closing deals over $1M.
- A self starter who engages management up to C-level within a client base to enhance political alignment.
- Competent and experienced in the application of Target Account Selling methodology or other Sales/Business methodologies
- Understands the Telecom/Voice, Wi-Fi or/and data communication market issues and trends affecting business and use of IT.
- Telecom/Voice, IP Data communication background. Wi-Fi or data networking sector experience is desirable.
- Must be computer literate with email, Internet, word processing and spreadsheets.
- Excellent English oral and written skills. Excellent presentation skills.
- AA degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of related sales experience.
