Management Accountant AVP recruitment
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join the Management Reporting Team interacting with many functional support groups (such as product control, operations, tax, treasury), theUSgroup reporting teams and also front office traders and management.
The role also means that the candidate must be good at multi tasking and is interested in an in depth understanding of the businesses.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinate the monthly European and Asian Management information to ledger true-up
- Prepare monthly CFE and CIL Exco and Board reports with financial data and commentary
- Co-ordinate and prepare the annual CFE and CIL business plans and business forecasts in conjunction with the businesses
- Produce value-added reporting and analysis specifically focused on CFE, CIL and CF Asia
- Assist product Control in the maintenance of expense run rates for the daily management information sent to NY
- Assist product Control with the analysis of monthly management accounts to ledger expense variances
- Assist BGC management reporting as needed
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Management Accountant to develop their career. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant from an Investment Banking background. Ability to work towards tight deadlines and liaise with Senior Management is essential.
