Management Accountant – Facilities Management (Banking) recruitment
A Top Tier Investment Bank has a position for a commercially focused management accountant to join their financial decision support team, specifically supporting their corporate real estate division with regard to financial management.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide active management of cost base through budgeting, forecasting, month-end and financial advisory
• Be a subject matter expert for your respective business covering processes, systems, people and strategy
• A key aspect of the role is to build strong relationships with clients and be seen as trusted finance partners while providing value-added analysis.
• Month end close including preparation, review, analysis discussion of costs and capital expenditure
• Planning coordination of bi-monthly forecast annual budget
• Monthly balance sheet review substantiation
• Assist in preparation of related expenditure schedules project cost reports
Candidate Requirements
• Part/Qualified Accountant with strong academic background. CPA, ACCA, MBA.
• Approximately 5yrs of relevant experience including Client interaction, Month end closing and Forecasting/Budgeting
• Confident and proactive team player
• Ability to deliver under pressure
