FRS are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a Leicester based Manufacturing business. The business is the market leader within their sector and has experience growth, rather than a decline in business during the recent recession. Due to an internal reorganisation my client is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join its team. Reporting to the FC you will be tasked with taking full responsibility for the firm’s monthly management accounts analysis at month end. The role will be demanding and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to have an operational influence on the business. The ideal candidate will have a commercial approach to your work and be able to explain numbers and the impact of business operations to none finance staff. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with staff at all levels. The ideal candidate will have previous management accounting experience; have a proactive approach to your work and wanting to work for a business that will be able offer future career development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be qualified in either CIMA or ACCA. Salary benefits: salary on offer is £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits.
