Qualified / Finalist ACA, ACCA, ACMA
This growing business provides a specialist niche recovery and restoration service to both the commercial and domestic markets in the UK and has grown organically by 20% every year for the last fifteen years. To help support that growth and support the Board in the continued expansion and diversification of the Group, this new role has been created to provide more commercial awareness to the business and improve MIS which ultimately will add to the bottom line.
Responsibilities will include producing the group consolidated management accounts, annual accounts and weekly cash flow forecasts, reviewing all capital expenditure requests, supervising a small finance team and helping to prepare budgets for each of the operating companies and the Group. An important objective of this role will include working alongside the Operational Managers to develop the job costing and work in progress processes to ensure they are as accurate as possible to provide reliable decision making support.
The role will require a hands-on individual with good communication skills and sound accounting experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, happy to work on their own or as part of a team, within deadlines. This will appeal to someone who is looking for a role that will evolve as the company
