Management Accountant – Leading Asset Manager recruitment
One of the largest asset management firms in the UK with offices worldwide is currently searching for a permanent management accountant to join their team. They are currently looking to expand their team and are hiring for a part qualified financial analyst with ample management accounts experience. Some of your main responsibilities will include:
· Preparation of the full sets of management accounts; including cash flow forecasts, balance sheets, accruals and prepayments
· Preparation and posting of monthly journals to include accruals and prepayments, accrued and deferred income, capital contributions, finance leases etc.
· Preparation of the monthly management accounts pack
· Preparation of monthly analysis schedules of key PL expenditure, where actual costs are compared to budget/forecast and prior year.
· Ad-Hoc analysis and reconciliations as required.
The successful candidate would be actively studying a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). Furthermore, experience of working within an asset management fund would be desirable although all applications will be considered.
