Management Accountant – Stockbroker/Trading House recruitment

Key Management Accountant appointment at a leading stockbroker / trading house based in Central London with a focus on remuneration accounting. This role is highly stakeholder focussed and you will work closely with Finance, Business Lines and HR. It offers a great chance to join the business at an exciting time during a period of growth and will offer good progression over the next 12 to 18 months.

Key responsibilities will include all remuneration accounting, calculating of bonus payments, commissions etc… including ad hoc analysis and reporting to senior management. Additional responsibilities will include PL reporting, MI analysis and establishing relevant financial processes for new bonuses and/or remuneration schemes. This role will be highly business facing and deal with extremely confidential information so professionalism, good interpersonal skills and confidence in front of the business will be crucial.

We're ideally after a finalist / recently qualified accountant coming from a Management Accounting role in Financial Services and / or looking for a first move from Practice. Any exposure to remuneration accounting would be advantageous but not essential. Career progression is the key selling point as finance has increased numbers considerably in the last 2 years and now totals over 50 people.
