Management Assistant
Job description:
You will work 50% for the HR manager and 50% for the CEO
- Manage all HR administrative tasks (holidays, absences, new arrivals etc)
- Answer accurately all and any questions from the employees
- Organise meetings and events
- Help in the preparation of documents and presentations
- Take care of the agenda and travel arrangements
- Provide support
Profile:
- 3-5 years experience working in HR and as a Personal Assistant
- French and English must be fluent; any other language would be an advantage
- A degree is preferable
- You must be discreet, proactive and highly organised
- Be able to prioritise tasks appropriately
- Show initiative and be able to take on responsibilities
