Management Assistant Medicine (f/m)
For our department medicine at the company's headquartes in Baden-Baden we are seeking to appoint a
Management Assistant Medicine in combination with MBA/M.A.-Studies at Steinbeis University (f/m).
Your tasks:
- Provide medical input to develop promotion materials and strategies in conjunction with the international marketing department
- Complement international Marketing with indispensable medical input to marketing strategy development and implementation
- Act as additional medical resource for the company working with marketing, medical and clinical research to support the promotion of company products, corporate research and development
- Assemble and manage key opinion leader advisory groups for the relevant product/ therapeutic area
- Build strong relationships with external partners and gain advocates for the marketed products with the focus on developing and maximizing commercial values
Your profile:
- You have graduated in natural science preferred in the field of medicine or vet medicine
- You have gained some further experience through internship or studies abroad
- Besides you have a basic knowledge of project management and interest in use of IT tools like SAP and Microsoft Office
- Furthermore you are interested in interface management and making cross-functional teams work together efficiently
- You are used to work on your own responsibility and your working style is well structured and organised
- Very good skills of the English and a good commend of German is necessary
- High level intercultural competence
- Interest in working in a science-orientated, complex and challenging environment
- Strong team-working skills, capacity, organizational skills, flexibility and commitment
