Management candidates selected for this program will provide customer support to financial office while learning how to develop and drive sales to meet branch goals. Ideal candidates should have a background in customer service with an aptitude to learn reporting procedures, financial reports and other office clerical duties. Responsible for office management and hiring and developing office staff. Must have great communication skills; prior management desired but not a requirement. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but not a requirement. College degree preferred but not required with good work history and relevant experience.
