Based at our Headquarters near Towcester. We are looking for ambitious professionals with at least 2/3 years’ experience in senior recruitment, to join the Harbury team, who can demonstrate a track record of successfully nurturing long-term, sustainable customer relationships, which result in revenue growth and high level of client satisfaction. You will build your own client base while supporting our growing retained client list, in one or more of the following sectors; Finance and Taxation, HR/Legal, Commercial and Industrial, Professional Interims, Public Sector.
Skills Experience:
· A recognised track record of billing success
· Experienced relationship builder
· Someone who listens to the client and understands how to add value
· Ability to grow, change and adapt
· Highly motivated completer / finisher
· Self-generating business developer
· Commercial acumen
