Management Consultant – Insurance recruitment
If successful you will be involved in some of the industry shaping programs of work being undertaken in Hong Kong’s rapidly expanding insurance industry;
In order to be successful you will need to have/be
• Technical competency within the insurance industry – program managing potentially large programs spanning a business unit and drawing together experts in operations, technology, finance, risk, distribution etc
• Strong understanding of insurance industry and business requirements in the HK market
• Subject matter expertise of current regional, local and international regulations
• Strong analytical skills and experience in operational management matters including possible experience of running departments or consulting engagements
Additional requirements
• Track record with a blue chip consulting firm, or insurance institution
• Ideally experience in business development - not essential
• Well networked in the HK market and knowledgable on the complexities and intricacies of doing business in this region
• HK experience is essential and ideally Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills
