Management Consultants
Working with an impressive portfolio of clients, you will work on complex and challenging projects, focussing on designing Retail Banking and Insurance functional operating models, process reengineering, operations improvement, MA support and broader revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver complex transformation programmes
- Understand and anticipate client needs based on a strong understanding of retail banking / insurance institutions and their associated processes
- Guide teams in selecting and applying the most appropriate tools, techniques and approaches to deliver client work
- Manage teams and co-ordinate effective preparation of new retail banking / insurance operations processes and/or business requirements
- Understand and anticipate client requirements and develop relationships with key decision makers
- Develop work plans for engagements and produce exceptional deliverables for clients
- Lead / contribute to business development work, including the preparation of bids and proposals
- Participate fully within the team and take a lead role in the growth of the consumer banking practice
