Our Consulting practice in Perth is experiencing tremendous growth and is continuing to expand across key sectors including Government, Health and Energy Resources.

Our consulting practice is currently seeking high caliber Senior Consultants and Managers with a minimum 2 years' Operational Change / HR Transformation experience. These exciting opportunities will enable you to utilise and develop your consulting experience and work alongside experienced specialists with access to a team of global experts. You will work closely with clients to help shape their Operational Change / HR strategy and design and implement radical changes to their operating models.

Desired skills and experience
· Experience of working on Operational Change / People / HR transformation programs either locally or internationally including change strategy, organisational design, stakeholder engagement and communications, and other change management disciplines
· Detailed Change / HR process design
· Strong quantitative analytical skills, e.g. workforce analysis, business case development
· Excellent practical knowledge of leading HR practices / models
· Knowledge of HR systems e.g. Peoplesoft, Oracle HR, SAP HR, Chris21
· Ideally previous consulting experience either with a top tier consulting firm or as part of an internal consulting team
· Project management
· Ability to work on a broad range of consulting projects
· Ability to form and sustain excellent client and internal relationships
· Strong attention to detail and ability to produce first class deliverables
· Excellent writing, presentation and listening skills
