The Corporate HR Department of RTL Group has a vacant position for a:

Management Development Recruitment Executive (m/f)

Objective:

You will improve leadership through continuous development of (senior) executives' management competencies.
You will be in charge of the recruitment for the Corporate Center functions of RTL Group.

Responsibilities:

Developing RTL Group (senior) executives' managerial skills, in particular in collaboration with Bertelsmann University.
Ensuring regular monitoring of the Group's "High Potentials".
Preparing the annual "Management Review" and assisting the Group's HR EVP in the succession planning issues.
Developing the internal mobility (within RTL Group and in coordination with Bertelsmann) of managers and talents of the group.
Participating in the development of functional relations with the Group's HR departments.
Participating in relevant Bertelsmann HR projects, representing RTL Group and its entities.
Assisting in the Employee Survey, in particular the analysis and follow-up of results and actions.
Ensuring the recruitment for RTL Group Corporate Center functions in close cooperation with the heads of department.
