Description
This role will report directly into the Head of Compliance within the function, and will have international reporting lines within the bank as well. The position is centralised around the Fair Lending Compliance Program and will involve mentoring juniors within the team.
The roles responsibilities will include:
- Regular interaction with Consumer Banking groups globally and other key stakeholders
- Providing regulatory advice to all Consumer Banking Units
- Ensuring Consumer Banking group is up to date and compliant with all current and upcoming financial regulations
- Providing training and support to junior members within the group
- Insuring Risks are identified, assessed, monitored and controlled.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of Fair Lending Compliance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong academic background (degree level minimum)
- Ability to liaise directly with senior management (up to board level)
- Be able to work within a team environment or independently when required.
- Excellent leadership and change management skills.
- SAS experience preferred
