Management Supervisor
Management Supervisor position on a global Top 50 brand in the B2B space. The business spans digital and traditional creative development and production. Therefore cross-functional experience is a must, but digital background will be a determining factor.
Candidate must be
a detail-oriented problem-solver who is self-motivated and a leader that is used to managing a challenging client, juggling multiple projects and able to change direction/focus on a business that can be fast paced and unpredictable. As a result, the candidate must be capable of navigating the nuances of dynamic conversation, as well as able to confidently lead discussions and express opinions in a constructive, flexible and collaborative manner.
Candidate is responsible for overseeing a team of 3 to ensure positive growth, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients at all levels and across all departments at the agency. They must know the client’s business so well that the client perceives them as an essential contributor.
