Management Thought Partner, HR (strategic initiatives/projects) Asset Management recruitment
Seeking a highly intelligent and driven individual to join the office of the HR Chief Operations Officer to cohesively work side-by-side to execute all HR Operations strategy, projects, as well as ensure team goals are being met in corporate HR department of asset management firm.
The talented individual chosen will:
- Work strategically along-side COO, HR to understand department pain points, develop plans to alleviate, and execute on those.
- Act as COO thought partner to conceptualize and create departmental processes and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation for this newly created department
- Execute on strategic department initiatives to achieve all department goals
- Attend meetings with COO and ensure appropriate follow-ups happen
- Efficiently and effectively diagnose and solve numerous and varied problems within the department.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree with a top tier one university required.
- 2 - 5 years’ experience working in a very fast paced environment where priorities change quickly, and problems are not always clear cut. Management consulting, project analysts.
- Proven ability to cut through complexities and solve ambiguous problems.
- Some project analyst or management experience would be ideal.
- High interest level in HR. Some focus within HR would be ideal.
