Management Trainee
Duties
:
Spend time in each department in the business unit for a condensed overview of how each department operates. Work on special projects within the departments and hands-on-work. After successful completion of the 41 week program, put on special projects or placed temporarily in a department until placed in a position. Must be willing to relocate to other locations.
Qualifications:
PC proficient, valid drivers license, knowledge of basic office equipment. Prefer 4 year college degree. Previous work experience in the heavy or industrial equipment environment preferred but not required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to pay attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work in a team setting, and must be self-motivated.
