This position is an entry level, active training position that can lead to advancement to higher Plasma Center Management positions within the organization. Promotion into different level Management positions requires relocation within the United States Responsibilities: A Management Trainee performs the duties under guidance and supervision of a plasma collection Center Manager. Training/duties may include: Oversight of the operations of the Center and staff, by indirectly supervising and motivating employees. Preparing and reporting weekly shipments; managing and preparing records and reports. Successful candidates posess: Bachelor's degree is highly preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education (4 years). Minimum of one year front line supervisory experience with administrative duties required. Must be customer service oriented and also possess supervisory skills. Also have some accounting and budgeting knowledge. As well as the ability to demonstrate the CSL Group values of superior performance, innovation, integrity, collaboration and customer focus.
