Management/Systems Accountant
This client is a Public Services Organisation, based in Surrey, which requires a full time Management Accountant who is proficient in using and teaching financial systems. The organisation currently uses Integra. The successful candidate will work alongside the current team and provide support with the accounting system.
Their responsibilities include:
· Corporate and Management Accounting
· Financial Systems
· Setting of the budgets
· Liaising with internal and external auditors
· Provide training in accounting systems to all members of the organisation
The key skill you must possess is a strong systems background, ideally with Integra. You will have experience, or knowledge of, public sector accounting but with a ‘commercial’ outlook. An AAT qualification at least is required, though there is a preference for any CCAB qualifications. You must have excellent communication skills, be punctual and be a problem solver with an expert knowledge of Excel. You must be flexible in your job role to accommodate your responsibilities as well as being able to work independently and within in a team.
