The Company
A global software company has a new leader has an exciting new position for a Management Accountant/ Systems Accountant. The position has arisen due to growth within the company which is exciting.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide support senior management with Month End Reporting, including Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Completion of annual budget, 12 month rolling re-forecasting, monthly variance analysis and reporting, KPI reviews.
Working capital management including bi-weekly cash flow reporting treasury management
Lead functional analysis, design and implementation of a global ERP system including improved financial management reporting; finance package; procurement (MRP); project analysis; time recording; asset tracking; sales pipeline; HR and payroll systems.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information generated from other departments that flow into the financial systems
Design relevant KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports across the organization
Assist sales with pricing strategies by creating financial models,
Ad hoc project work to support the business from a finance perspective
Provide support on corporate acquisitions/mergers during financial due diligence process.
Requirements:
Qualified Accountant
Experience in the software/technology industry - Oracle and Sap
Previous experience of leading an ERP systems design and implementation is highly desirable
Advanced Excel essential (pivot tables, vlookups, macros, database functions, goal seek and advanced formulae)
