Job description:
Manage a team performing the financial and regulatory reporting functions of the Singapore Branch and merchant bank. Assist Management, Head Office and business units on all budget and information requirements. Participate in project and new product implementation
You will be expected to perform the following tasks:
Partner with businesses in providing financial and regulatory information
- Timely submission of all financial and regulatory reports
- Sound understanding of all changes in regulatory requirements
- Compliance with policies and regulatory limits
- Member of ALCO
- Management of tax affairs and assist on budget and forecasts
- Train and supervise staff in the team
- Support management in business growth initiatives and projects
Requirements:
At least 10-15 years relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities
Accounting degree
Good knowledge of MAS rules and regulations
