MANAGER – TRANSFER AGENCY recruitment
This role is to support the Director with service delivery tasks and initiatives. Supporting teams that operate from locations across Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), the successful candidate will work in close alignment with Sales and Country Heads to ensure appropriate support for Sales initiatives across EMEA. They will contribute to regional activities via participation in country specific and cross functional meetings and initiatives, and ensure superior, cost-effective service is delivered to customers. The role holder will also implement Transfer Agent vision and strategies, manage change, build relationships with business partners to share best practices, and guide the Transfer Agent towards achieving company goals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in regional / regulatory initiatives.
- Research, analyze and recommend strategies and ideas for service delivery improvements across the region.
- Research, analyze and recommend policy / procedure changes; Design, communicate and implement new policies and procedures.
- Perform any other activities as requested by the vice president.
- Implement TA vision and business strategies; may also include related activities.
- Manage resources to efficiently meet business needs.
- Ensure a formal training process exists and is updated as needed to meet performance objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- Establish and organize Business Unit and country specific initiatives/projects.
- Represent business unit in cross-functional forum/projects.
- Manage the identification and implementation of a “best practice” approach to procedures and workflow activities for functional area through routine process analysis across the division.
- Participate in business planning sessions; evaluate and determine staffing needs to ensure efficient servicing.
- Coach and motivate staff, provide developmental opportunities for future growth.
- Plan and prepare annual PMP/performance development process and monitor progress; manage establishment of performance standards and effective measurement tools.
- Manage and maintain effective hiring process.
- Foster succession planning.
- Ensure co-operation and co-ordination with other regions within the GTA.
- Manage day to day relationships with country heads and local staff.
- Actively participate in cross functional initiatives, representing the TA in the various countries with the remit or internationally.
- Build and maintain good cross-functional relationships.

Core Requirements:
- Extensive customer service management/supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- NASD licensing may be required.
- Investment industry experience preferable.
- Strong Transfer Agent and business insight.
- May be required to travel to Company offices, customer, or vendor locations
