Manager - Financial (Manufacturing)
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data in support of the manufacturing department. This person will be a key partner to the manufacturing management team, providing insight on improving manufacturing performance. Establish control-related standards and procedures.
Education/Experience:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 6-10 years industry experience.
Bachelors degree in Accounting and FinanceCPA and/or CMA preferredMBA preferredManufacturing or consumer products experience preferred.
Skills:
Excellent PC and technical systems skills
Leadership skills - management/supervisory experience required
SAP experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications, preferably
Microsoft office, especially Excel
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels inside
and outside VF Outdoor Coalition
Ability to work independently and be a self starter
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic
environment
Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley requirements preferred
High energy level and positive outlook
Must possess good judgement and ability to problem solve
Stamina able to be maintained to manage a work level that may exceed 40 hours
per week
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Confidentiality required
High level of integrity required

Occasional travel will be required
