Manager - Receiverships
Reporting to the Associate Director
The Role:
The Relationship Manager will have an excellent understanding of all aspects of Banking, particularly in the area of receiverships. He/She will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships both with clients and internally to deliver excellent results and add value to the business
Essential Duties:
- Full responsibility for restructuring assignments and clients voluntary liquidations
- Planning and carrying out liquidation, receivership and examinership engagements
- Management of portfolio of projects and clients
- Project manage all assignments
- Full commercial management for portfolio
- Where necessary performing resolution and receivership work that included closing failed financial institutions
Essential Experience:
- Qualified accountant
- 3 to 4 years experience in restructuring / insolvency / corporate recovery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good project management skills
- The role requires excellent commercial judgment and an in depth understanding of legal, credit and compliance issues
- A strong customer relationship building approach, understanding and successful track record of delivery against challenging objectives
- Ability to operate in a pressurised environment and deliver on objectives within agreed timeframes

Education:
- Relevant Business Degree (min 2.1) and/or accountancy qualification
