Manager - International Financial Analyst

Responsibilities: (10%) Provide financial, analytical and business consulting support to franchisees and DPII Field Team. Identify opportunities for financial analytical and business consulting support by building relationships with DPII Field Team and franchisees. Assist with the development of and/or evaluation of Master and Area Franchisee business plans and financial statements. Provide feedback to the appropriate party. Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate key franchisee personnel in order to identify opportunities for DPII to provide support to the market. Quantify and analyze profitability potential by contribution center, as well as potential for accelerated growth and barriers to reaching local critical mass. Develop recommendations for improving franchisee profitability and accelerating growth, including acquisitions and conversions. Work with RVPs and Business/Operations Consultants to provide quantitative data and to develop proposals and make recommendations to upper management. Assist in the implementation of all opportunities identified and proposals/requests made, as appropriate. (25%) Provide DPII Management Support (DPII Internal Support) Identify and analyze strategic opportunities to improve DPII's return on revenues or investment Assist regional field teams with the development of annual strategic plans, budgets and market support objectives Develop relationships with key DPII and corporate finance team members in order to identify and provide support where needed. Oversee management and Board of Directors reporting and presentations Serve as a member of Company-wide cross-functional teams as appropriate Monitor compliance with Capex approval process and expedite approvals where necessary (25%) Manage the DPII Financial Analysis team. Supervise the work of the DPII Finance Team Set goals for direct reports, including one Team Leader and one financial analyst. Provide oversight to the DPII franchise incentives program and keys collection process . Engage the team to support divisional and corporate objectives. Provide development coaching and training as needed. Promote an environment and opportunities that are conductive to learning the DPII/DPZ business in areas beyond each team members direct responsibilities. Conduct performance appraisals. Develop and maintain plans to ensure the necessary backup coverage is in place for all team responsibilities. (20%) Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Work closely with the EVP of International, VP of Finance and RVPs to develop the annual budget, including key metrics such as store growth, exchange rate assumptions and expense projections. Supervise the preparation of periodic Flash and other ongoing forecasts for DPII and Home Office Finance, including detailed reconciliations. (10%) Support International Business Development, Information Services and Other related projects Work closely with senior executives, legal, and accounting reps of targeted groups in development process Work closely with IS team and other support areas to build, rollout new enterprise systems and reporting (5%) Manage accounts and notes receivable for DPII Establish/maintain credit limits and policies for DPII Master Franchisees Review all delinquency reports and aging schedules on an ongoing basis Advise DPII leadership and team members on all major delinquencies Work with DPII field team and franchisees to resolve delinquencies (5%) Develop business and financial training programs for DPII staff and franchisees Develop and present training programs for field consultants covering finance and strategic planning Present training programs or best practices to franchisees at Rallies, or Regional Meetings as requested
