Job Responsibilities:
- Know how to work with your team to: Recruit, Hire, Train, Educate, Coach, Praise and Motivate store personnel.
- Manage scheduling of staff and events, merchandising, and promotions of a location with 20-25 employees
- Achieve financial budgets, cash management and performance goals
- You clearly understand “Why” because you take a personal interest in our employees, customers, suppliers and have commitment to a strong community presence.
- Maintain an open door policy, communicate clearly and frequently and know analyzing data reports and taking appropriate action are critical keys to success.
- Accountable for fostering a sales and marketing culture to enhance Customer Service and Store Profitability without sacrificing safety, cleanliness and compliance with legal requirements.
- You have a personal commitment to achieving sales goals and generating excitement and enthusiasm within your team.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- 3-5 years proven successful management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, movie theatre and/or branch management
- Must have strong supervisory skills and experience managing a medium to large retail operation.
- Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and analytical skills
- Passion and Commitment to offer superior customer service to families who want to have FUN!
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
