Manager - Commercial Structures
Job Description This is a very exciting opportunity for a successful commercial structures engineer operating at Associate or Technical Director Level to take the lead role for our Commercial Structures team in Christchurch. Further growing the team and the commercial structural business, you will be taking on the business development lead role using your natural flair for commercial structures and ability to deliver consistent designs that win repeat business and garner respect for your capability. You will be backed by an existing team with the remit to further grow it through continued project wins. You will need to be self-motivated and passionate about structural engineering. Hold at least 18 + years experience in commercial structural design including proven experience of NZ structural codes and seismic design. You will already have strong commercial acumen developed through your engagement with clients and be well versed in working with multi-discipline teams. Strong preference is given to applicants holding CPEng registration and with a solid reputation within the Christchurch region.
