Manager
Accounting Principals is currently recruiting for a Manager of Consolidations and Entity Reporting. This position will be responsible for the consolidation and close calendar/activities on a global basis. Essential duties will include:
· Detailed review of the consolidated financial reports ensuring completeness and accuracy.
· Management and oversight of audit for certain local GAAP financial statements.
· Heavy interaction with tax and treasury departments to understand and properly account for complex intercompany transactions.
· Management of US Commerce reporting.
· Various special projects.
Qualified candidates must have a degree in Accounting, CPA preferred, 4+ years experience in consolidations of international subsidiaries, IFRS experience preferred, and excellent systems skills with experience in SAP and HFM systems preferred. Please forward resumes ASAP.
