Manager
Growing Broward County company is seeking a manager specializing in credit and collections. The position will pay up to 60K based on experience. Please apply or send resume to peter.witt@parkerlynch.com. Responsibilities and requirements are listed below:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team Credit Collections team members.
- Define and implement policies and procedures, review available technology, and provide ongoing direction to maintain department efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage Credit team to leverage credit information to evaluate credit worthiness.
- Oversight of the Credit Review function, the process and the technology; ensure optimum utilization of information and reporting available.
- Enhancement of Credit policies procedures surrounding screening new customers, contract review, credit line extension, evaluating customer risk/prioritizing collection activity.
- Monitor and assess high risk and escalated account situations.
- Benchmark and innovate to ensure service excellence to internal external customers.
- Work directly with internal external customers to improve processes, collect cash, and enhance relationships.
- Lead, own and/or spearhead special projects
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual (English Spanish)
- Proven track record in the Credit/Collections arena.
- Must be proficient to Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 5-10 years management experience in the Credit and Collections environment or Accounts Receivable
