The Role
Reporting directly into the Executive Manager, The LBB Coach will consult and coach Executive Managers Team Leaders as well as the LBB frontline team to build and embed a sales and service culture aligned with our vision. You will role model excellence in leadership, productivity, and sales service activities to up-skill and drive our LBB teams and promote collaboration with our business partners. Using the 'DRIve' consulting model, you will work closely with leaders and frontline bankers to deliver strong results for our internal customers.
The LBB Coach will execute 'DRIve' to produce the best results possible and leave an ongoing legacy to ensure sustained and consistent performance. The Coach will also identify and cross pollinate best practices, address capability gaps and provide feedback on performance.
The Candidate
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience coaching business leaders to improve productivity in the team
- Frontline leadership customer experience
- Results orientation and commitment to excellence
- Coaching facilitation experience
- Current and non- restricted driver's licence
- Professional presentation and time management skills
- Ability to travel intra/interstate and work flexible hours as required
- Whilst a degree in a business related discipline is not essential, this may set you apart from the competition
