The Role

Reporting directly into the Executive Manager, The LBB Coach will consult and coach Executive Managers Team Leaders as well as the LBB frontline team to build and embed a sales and service culture aligned with our vision. You will role model excellence in leadership, productivity, and sales service activities to up-skill and drive our LBB teams and promote collaboration with our business partners. Using the 'DRIve' consulting model, you will work closely with leaders and frontline bankers to deliver strong results for our internal customers.

The LBB Coach will execute 'DRIve' to produce the best results possible and leave an ongoing legacy to ensure sustained and consistent performance. The Coach will also identify and cross pollinate best practices, address capability gaps and provide feedback on performance.
