Manager (Accident & Health) recruitment

The Role

• Lead a team of 15 to ensure the Group business set targets on revenue and profitability are achieved

• Develop and maintain existing key customer/producer relationships for greater penetration into their customer bases

• Managing the staff motivation and performance

• Instilling the right balance between underwriting controls and business needs

• Ensure compliance on within the business operations

• Manage the expense component of the business operations

• Lead operation transformation across the business with the following key areas of focus:

• Business Operations

• Standardisation of product and process

• Delivery of end to end service

• Generate management reports on Group business as and when required

The Person

• Tertiary holder with General insurance certifications (CGI, PGI, BCP, HI)

• Possess at least 5 to 8 years Management experience and Business Development experience in Insurance Industry in Accident and Health Business

• Possess excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Possess initiative and good in decision making  

• Dynamic individual and able to perform under stressful environment
