We are looking for a strong, dynamic Leader to lead and grow an Account Management Team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving revenue growth for a 25 million dollar account base
- Lead a team of 10 Account Managers to grow revenue and retention of existing accounts
- Minimize customer attrition through proactive development of client relationships and programs working hands on with each team member
- Provide industry and market expertise/insight to drive strategy for Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Satisfaction
- Educate, Develop and Coach Team members
- Drive team / individual production through continued pipeline reviews / growth, forecasting, short-term and long-term goal setting as it relates to revenue maintenance and growth
- Implement structure, programs and best practices
- Reports to the Director of Sales

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful Management experience growing and developing a team of high performing account managers
- Proven success in implementing and executing change
- Prior experience with working in cross functional departments
- Knowledge of the events, tradeshow, meeting planners industry a plus
- Proven record of managing and growing a revenue base of substantial size
- Experience with SaaS selling a plus
- Proven Track record of exceeding targets and strategic objectives assigned to both Personal/Team Sales
- Strong Analytical skills and comfortable using data to support and drive strategic management of client
- Dynamic, motivating, positive and inspiring hands-on Leader who excels in coaching, skills education and career development
- Thrives working in a fast-paced, performance-based and challenging environment
- Excellent computer systems knowledge, data-driven online applications with a proven aptitude for learning and training software applications
- Expert in MS Excel
- Experience with Oracle OnDemand CRM is preferred
