Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and evaluating of patient services in a department or division. Demonstrates leadership and management on a unit. Develops staff and leads a strong team.Efficiently uses hospital and human resources. Oversees billing operation.
Position Requirements:
Clinical experience in Dialysis preferred but not required. Prior management/supervisory role experience required.Telephone Pager PC Patient care equipment used in area.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Demonstrated skills in human relations. Evidence of potential to provide clinical and administrative nursing leadership.
License Requirements:
Ohio RN license.
