An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Adoption and Change Manager to become part of the KPMG ITS Business Services team in our Melbourne Office, while the existing Manager is seconded onto a major program of work for up to 12 months.

This role forms an integral part of the ITS Business Services team and acts as a clear conduit between the business and ITS, while leading and managing the day to day operations of the Adoption and Change team. The Acting Manager, Adoption and Change will work closely alongside the leadership group within the wider ITS group in the successful delivery of IT initiatives and services.

We are seeking a high energy, high performing Senior Change Manager to build upon strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive the technology adoption agenda forward. This role will not only formulate change strategy but also have a very active, hands on role communicating and delivering to truly embed change. The Adoption and Change Manager will contribute to the strategic understanding of end user requirements in order to best deliver or enhance the IT product or service usage.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership and management role, strong communication and relationship management skills with a strong knowledge of commercial and IT business practices. They must have a proven track record in an advisory or client management role with strong experience in a professional services or large corporate environment. In addition the incumbent must be collaborative, enthusiastic, articulate and display the energy and passion to drive organisational change and to motivate and drive their team to success.
