About The Opportunity
As Performance Improvement Manager - People Organization, you'll work with leading organisations to help them get the most out of their people. You'll use your knowledge and experience to hep clients improve operational efficiencies. Your commercial capabilities will grow as you drive projects and lead high profile engagements. With access to talented leaders, formal learning and a wide variety of practical experience, you'll receive all the support you need to succeed.
About You
In your role you will:
- Create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadership.
- Help partners and directors generate new business opportunities and build client networks and relationships
- Acting as a subject matter resouce on one or more services, you'll leverage knowledge and experience to shape Ernst Young's services to meet client problems
- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training People Organization professionals
We're looking for people with the following experience:
- Demonstrated mastery of key concepts and principles related to organization design and, manpower planning and optimization, performance management systems, rewards and recognition frameworks, people capability assessment and development and change management, work force planning. Proven ability to apply these consistently in engagement settings
- Change management strategy, change readiness assessment and communication planning
- Human resource transformation, HR diagnostic and audit, HR policies and processess design, driving employee engagement
- Workforce planning
