Positioned within ANZ Institutional Banking - Structured Debt, Agency Services has a long-standing reputation as a leading provider of agency services for syndicated loan facilities and capital markets transactions, and is one of the biggest agency businesses in Australia.
With direct representation in Sydney, Melbourne, New York, London and Auckland and access to ANZ's global network covering 28 countries, our Agency Services team is well positioned to service a wide range of syndicated financings, including complex cross-border transactions with multi-currency cash flows. The team currently manages borrowing transactions with a value in excess of AUD$10 billion.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Agency Services, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of domestic and off shore corporate and structured finance transactions on behalf of a syndicate of lenders. As the key interface between the borrower and a syndicate of lenders, you will deal with all transaction related issues as they arise. Your responsibilities also developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders, delivering excellent service at all times and proactively supporting the Senior Manager as required.
You will deal extensively with a variety of senior internal and external stakeholders from financial institutions so strong relationship management skills and attention to detail is essential. You will have excellent leadership and interpersonal qualities, as well as advanced analytical, problem solving skills and credit knowledge. An understanding of domestic and global transaction banking environments and a knowledge of the structured debt market will be highly regarded.
