Analytics Operations is a competency team within ANZ's Analytics and Strategy team. The Analytics Operations team responsible for producing repeatable processes and services which includes, but is not limited to:
- Maintaining Information Management assets
- Processing and delivering standardised reporting, dashboards, campaigns and analytics
- Providing customer support and query management
- Undertaking problem incident management
- Steering process optimisation output rationalisation activities
The Analytics Operations Manager is accountable for teams in Melbourne , Chengdu and Bangalore . In addition to leading the Analytics Operations Competency, the Manager will also be tasked with managing project delivery outcome teams as well as holding engagement management responsibility for a business area.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- 10 years experience within Data Analytics, ideally across both banking industry and consulting
- Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline (ideally a Masters)
- Proven experience in leading operational teams working within complex data analytics environments
- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Release management
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Strong networking and business development skills
- Experience with establishing and then leading a Greenfield 's competency / practice to excellence
- Proven ability to influence the behaviour of all stakeholders
- Proven people leadership experience.
